What is it about Arthur D. Little?
It is the people who bring the atmosphere. That definitely holds for our Rotterdam office. From the very first moment I entered the office I liked the atmosphere and now, after one year I still enjoy our very pleasant culture. Further I appreciate our size, us being part of an international company, that we have very different people and a great ambition. This gives lots of opportunities and own initiative is appreciated a lot. This blend of ingredients makes ADL a stimulating, challenging and fun environment to work in.
All projects I have worked on so far were very pleasant. The most challenging must have been where we had to develop an internationalization strategy for a wholesale company. For this project we performed a market analysis, including physical store-checks in 30 European countries. And all this within a very short period of time. This requires besides intellectual skills also quite some coordinating skills.
Anything else about you?
One of my other ambitions is that I would like to learn to speak, read and write an important foreign language with a different writing. Furthermore I love traveling. Therefore I can spend hours and hours reading about other countries, cultures and different parts of the world and thinking of a next journey to an interesting destination.
